Development Program

Launched in 2021, the Human Capability Enhancement Program is empowering Saudi nationals and positioning them for success at every life stage. With an emphasis on aligning educational outcomes with labor market needs, fostering innovation, and enhancing skills through development and upgrades, the Program establishes a trajectory for individuals to maximize their potential. Moreover, the Program actively supports the instillation of core values, the promotion and preservation of the Arabic language, the cultivation of national pride, and the contribution to a robust economy driven by a highly proficient workforce.

The Kingdom has made significant advancements in empowering its citizens, ensuring they possess the skills required to thrive across different life stages and adapt to future changes. Historically, learning and skill development opportunities were limited, but with the Program’s launch, substantial improvements have been realized. Presently, more children are enrolled in early childhood programs than ever before, and talented students proudly represent Saudi Arabia on the global stage, bringing home academic accolades and medals. The Kingdom has also opened new avenues for scholarships through the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Scholarship Program and introduced educational visas for both short and long-term studies. With Saudi Arabia leading the world in digital skills, the Kingdom is evolving into a place where individuals can discover new opportunities for growth and success every day.
