Dr. Grams, an executive with a depth of expertise in the realms of digitalization and innovation, is set to spearhead the company’s digital renewal, crafting innovative digital offerings and amplifying value for customers.
Dr. Grams, born in Heilbronn, Germany, boasts an impressive educational background with dual degrees in mechanical engineering and a doctorate from the University of Karlsruhe (KIT). His career, which spans over twenty years, has been marked by high-ranking positions in Technical Development and IT/Digitalization at the Volkswagen Group, where he has been celebrated for his fervent support for digitalization and his knack for instigating significant organizational evolution.
His journey through the digital landscape has taken him from being the CIO of SEAT / CUPRA in Spain to the Managing Director of Audi Sport GmbH. In these roles, Dr. Grams has been instrumental in driving the electrification transformation, launching new vehicle models, and pioneering fresh business strategies to future-proof the company.
