Ravi Kaushik Takes the Helm as Executive Director to Propel Fintech Investment Initiatives in Asia’s Emerging Markets
Flourish Ventures, a venture capital firm dedicated to fostering growth with a purpose, today revealed that Ravi Kaushik has been appointed as the new Executive Director, Head of Asia Investments. Ravi is set to spearhead the firm’s fintech investments and portfolio management across India and Southeast Asia.

Prior to joining Flourish, Ravi held the position of CFO at Agro.Club, an international B2B grain marketplace that revolutionizes how farmers and purchasers collaborate and prosper. In this capacity, he was responsible for the firm’s financial strategy, fundraising activities, and the overall performance, leading a team of 250 across five global regions. Ravi’s career spans over 15 years, with extensive experience in operational roles and end-to-end investing within the realms of venture capital and private equity. Notably, he was a Founding Member and General Partner at WaterBridge Ventures, focusing on early-stage ventures, as well as a growth PE investor for prominent growth-stage companies.
